The group includes eight versatile instrumentalists, as well as vocalists. Performing throughout the Bay Area since 1982, Paul Price's Society Orchestra can bring authentic vintage jazz and dance music to your event. Join us for Varsity Dance Club vintage dance parties the third Sunday of each month, all in downtown Palo Alto's lovely Masonic ballroom (461 Florence, off University). Music from 1900 through 1935, and dances from waltz and polka to tango and maxixe. Great for dancing and listening - dance lesson and light refreshments included.
